Foum Zguid is a city located in the south of the Anti-Atlas, in the mountains of Jebel Bani, It extends along the palm grove of the Tamantt River, a tributary of the Draa. This city is a real crossroads, Foum Zguid was a stage in the Paris-Dakar rally and, today, travelers who cross this Saharan zone on all-terrain vehicles stop there.
